Terms of use

About aiwar
aiwar is a strategy game for two to ten players run by Black Dog Ranch Software, open to anyone with a Google account and under active development. Signing in means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not sign in.
Access
Sign in with a Google account and you may play. While the game is new the site takes a limited number of accounts, and each person may create ten games, ten scenarios, ten maps and ten unit sets; delete one to make another.
Games you are invited into never count against that.
Publishing a scenario, map or unit set to everyone else's lists is by invitation.
Access can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice. Your sign-in is personal: do not share it or let someone else play as you.
Preview status
The game, its rules and the site change often, sometimes daily. Games in progress may be interrupted, reset or lost by a change. Content you create may become incompatible after an update. The site is provided as is, with no promise that it works, stays up, or keeps anything.
What you make
Unit sets, maps, scenarios and uploaded markers you create stay yours. They are private until you publish them; by publishing you let every other signed-in player see them, copy them and play with them. Upload only what you have the right to upload; a marker or a map that belongs to someone else will be removed on request.
Fair play
Do not probe the site, try to see what the fog hides, submit orders by any means other than the game itself, or use the site to attack anything. Doing so ends your access.
Free to play
There is nothing to buy, nothing to win, and no wagering. Nothing here is a service you are paying for, and no liability is taken for anything that follows from using it, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and contact
These terms change when the site does; the date at the top is the last change. Continuing to sign in after a change is acceptance of it. Questions go to support@blackdogranch.com.
